Moody Manhattan

A view of Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan at the early (and gloomy) onset of autumn in New York City — Although the wettest month here is May (with an average rainfall of 5.7 inches or 114 mm), autumn weather may have occasional rainshowers as it carries on getting colder in October, during which the fall season is in full swing. From here onward on an average of once every ten days, temperatures have been known to rise above 76°F (25°C) and drop below 35°F (2°C). That's a far cry from July, the hottest month in NYC, with an average of 11 sunshine hours per day... And we're not complaining.
