E ARE AN ONLINE PRESENCE 20 YEARS IN THE MAKING, though officially launched in August 2018. Our journey is as global and unconventional as our stories: roots in Singapore, a honing period in South Cotabato, Philippines, a brief "miscarriage" in Texas, and a couple of pulp incarnations in General Santos City—first as GENSAN GAZER , a monthly magazine, then GGQ , a quarterly. Finally, after much rethinking and reinvention, we were reborn in the blogosphere of grand and glorious New York City.
Our mission? To explore culture, lifestyle, travel, technology, and food—not just reporting what's happening, but understanding why it matters. We are smart, not smug, inquisitive without being pretentious, and always evolving.
